1. Processing and Fulfillment Timelines

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of payment verification.

  • Operating Hours: Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Batch Tracking: Every shipment is logged with its corresponding batch number to ensure full traceability in accordance with our Quality Guarantee.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

To ensure reliability and speed, we utilize premium domestic and international carriers:

  • Primary Carriers: All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.

  • Discreet Packaging: All compounds are shipped in secure, plain, and durable packaging to protect the structural integrity of the glass vials and maintain researcher privacy.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be automatically generated and emailed to you once the shipping label is created.

3. Chemical Stability During Transit

  • Lyophilized Advantage: Our peptides are shipped in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) crystalline state and vacuum-sealed. This state is highly resistant to thermal degradation, allowing the products to remain stable at ambient temperatures during the transit period.

  • Receipt Protocol: While the compounds are stable during shipping, they should be transferred to a dedicated laboratory refrigerator (2-8°C) or freezer (-20°C) immediately upon receipt to ensure long-term analytical potency.

4. Delivery Guarantee and Reshipment Policy

We stand behind our delivery process with a one-time complimentary reshipment guarantee:

  • Lost in Transit: If a tracking number shows no movement for a significant period or the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

  • Customs Seizures (International): For international research, we provide a one-time reshipment if a package is seized by customs.

  • Address Accuracy: It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide an accurate and secure shipping address. The delivery guarantee is voided if the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

5. International Research Shipping

  • Importer of Record: For all orders shipping outside of the United States, the Purchaser is considered the Importer of Record.

  • Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that the procurement of research peptides complies with the local laws of your destination country.

  • Duties and Taxes: Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Research-Only Mandate: We only ship to individuals and institutions conducting legitimate laboratory research. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that appears to be destined for a non-research environment.

  • P.O. Boxes: Due to the requirement for secure handling and delivery, we recommend shipping to a physical laboratory or business address rather than a P.O. Box.
